PROGRAM TO CREATE SKILLED LABOR

The vision of our Business Social Responsibility area is to return and share what we have achieved with institutions or persons that require our services. In this case, we proposed generating opportunities for the inclusion and training of youth between 18 and 21 years of age through the program “Create Skills”.

With the support of Pan American Energy and their Program for Small and Medium Sized Companies in the Golfo San Jorge petroleum basin, we launched our first program for the inclusion of young people and developing job skills, destined toward our future generations. The goal is to have an attractive multi-disciplinary program which allows the youth who participate to detect their own potential and make decisions of career choices with expectations of personal development, as well as orientation, motivation, and encouragement to continue onto college or university studies. This is a 48 hour classroom based course, taught twice a week, 4 hours each class.
