We are not dedicated just to supporting the current generation of engineers, but also look for ways to actively stimulate the development of future generations. We thoroughly enjoy working with schools and universities to help increase the visibility of the engineering careers and emphasize the importance of science, technology, and engineering as key knowledge in education.

Since 2015, INCRO provides paid internships to engineering students in the region, working with research and development with the best technical and professional resources in the marketplace, including our High Voltage Laboratory, to be able to convert into reality the technological dreams that only the boldest young minds could think of.
