FIRST ENCOUNTER FOR DE-ENERGIZED WORKS

Organized by the Technical Training Center (CeForT), this is the first Patagonian encounter and the first national encounter for De-energized Works to show competence levels; in other words, a space where the workers take their habitual tasks in the field to a similar space which can be observed by the general public.

The event took place in the CeForT school, a one hectare outdoor area where the personnel of different companies and municipalities--that are in contact with electrical tasks--are trained, working in energized and de-energized situations, simulating work in the field.

In the case of De-energized Works, there are many people performing these types of tasks, and it is a sector with a lot of people involving a lot of companies, and that is why participation is so important.
