Piping: construction and assembly of oil field batteries and plants

We develop complete projects from basic and detailed engineering to the final testing and hand-over of the facilities. This applies to the construction of plants and batteries for production in the petroleum industry, such as petroleum and water treatment plants for secondary recovery projects. We also provide modifications, upgrades, and revamping for existing plants and batteries.

In the oil fields, we provide different auxiliary services such as the construction of (complete) firefighting networks and emergency pits with the installation of plastic membranes.

We provide flexibility and experience in the assembly of different types of equipment like: gas separators, tanks, air coolers, heaters, oil and water impulsion pumps, compressors, satellites, manifolds, degassers, ovens and three phase separators, among others.

Pipelines

We carry out the transportation, distribution, and assembly of pipelines up to 12 inches in diameter for steel and 14 inches in diameter for plastic. We repair welding in steel pipes and apply protective coatings to piping over the welds.

We assemble welded steel piping with external coatings, welded piping with internal coatings (epoxy) and steel threaded piping. In the case of plastic piping, we work with plug type connections, sealed with electrical or thermal fusion.
